Operating our specialized bakery from the industrial estate, we use traditional long-fermentation methods to produce high-quality, handcrafted sourdough bread and pastries for the Sunshine Coast community. A great sourdough takes time, patience, and the finest ingredients. Our Coolum-based bakers focus on natural leavens and ancient grains to create bread that is as nutritious as it is flavorful. We supply many of the coast’s best cafes and restaurants, while also offering a local pick-up service for residents who appreciate the crunch and tang of a truly authentic loaf.
