The Coolum Industrial Park Business Directory is a community project run by volunteers. Most things — adding, editing, or claiming your listing — can be done by you, right now, without contacting anyone. Please use the guides below before reaching out.

How to Add Your Business Listing

First, create a free account on the Coolum Industrial Park directory — click "Register" in the top menu.
Once logged in, click "List Your Business" in the main navigation.
Fill in your business details — name, description, category, address, phone, website and hours.
Add your logo and any photos of your business.
Select your industry category (e.g. Trades & Construction, Automotive, Food & Beverage).
Click Submit — your listing will appear in the directory immediately.

💡 Tip: Your listing is saved automatically as you type, so you won't lose your work if you need to step away.

How to Claim an Existing Listing

Search for your business in the directory and open your listing page.
Create a free account or log in if you already have one.
On your listing page, click the "Claim This Listing" button.
Fill in the short claim form — we just need to verify you're the business owner.
You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify.
Once approved, you'll have full control to update all your listing details.

💡 Note: Claims are reviewed to keep the directory accurate. This usually takes less than 24 hours.

How to Update Your Listing Details

Log in to your account using the login link in the top menu.
Go to your account dashboard — you'll see all your listings listed there.
Click "Edit" next to the listing you want to update.
Make your changes — you can update any field including photos, hours, contact details and description.
Click Save — changes appear on the directory straight away.

💡 Tip: Keep your listing up to date — businesses with complete profiles get significantly more views in the directory.
